Terms of use

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply to CrewDue: Staff Expenses, provided by MadOverTechnology (“we”). By using CrewDue you agree to them. Questions: hello@madovertech.io.

  1. What CrewDue is. A tool for a business to record money it gives its staff, staff expenses and receipts, approvals and settling each staff balance. CrewDue keeps records. It does not hold, send or receive money, is not a bank or payment service, and does not give accounting, tax or legal advice.
  2. Who can use it. CrewDue is for businesses and the people who work with them. You must be 18 or older to create an account or join a business.
  3. Your account. Owners and managers sign in with an email code, Google or Apple. Staff can sign in with a code their owner or manager shares. It works once, expires in 10 minutes and is limited to that business. Keep your account and codes secure; we will never ask you for a sign-in code. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  4. Businesses and roles. The person who creates a business is its owner. Owners and managers decide who to invite, approve or reject expenses and record settlements. Each business is responsible for its own records, for who it invites and for how it uses CrewDue with its staff, including any obligations it has to them.
  5. Your content. Records and receipts you add belong to you and your business. You allow us to store, process and show them to the people in your business who are allowed to see them, only to provide CrewDue. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share. Money records are never silently edited: a correction is added as an adjustment or a reversal, so the history of changes stays with the business.
  6. Acceptable use. Do not misuse CrewDue: no attempts to access another business’s data, other people’s accounts or our systems without permission; no illegal, fraudulent or harmful content; no automated abuse of sign-in codes.
  7. Price. This version of CrewDue has no paid plan and no price. It takes no payment in the app or on this website and has no in-app purchases. If we ever plan to charge for CrewDue, we will tell you before any charge applies, and it will apply only if you agree to it.
  8. Product suggestions. Owners and managers may see a card about NexaSync, a separate app by MadOverTechnology. You can dismiss it. It is described in the privacy policy.
  9. Availability and changes. CrewDue may change as we improve the service. We try to keep it available but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Push notifications and email depend on outside providers and networks and may be delayed or not arrive.
  10. Ending use. You can stop using CrewDue and delete your account at any time (https://crewdue.laravel.cloud/delete-account). We may suspend access that breaks these terms. Business records stay with the business as described in the privacy policy.
  11. Responsibility for losses. CrewDue is provided as it is and as available. You and your business are responsible for checking your records and for the decisions you make with them, including payments to staff, your accounts and your tax filings. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have, or any responsibility we have, that cannot be limited under Indian law.
  12. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please write to hello@madovertech.io first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way is for the courts in India that have jurisdiction over it under Indian law.
  13. Changes to these terms. We will update this page and its last-updated date when these terms change. Check this page for the current terms.
